ZXP series pneumatic diaphragm straight single seat regulating valve adopts top guide structure, equipped with multi spring actuator, and the flow channel is S streamline. It has the advantages of compact structure, light weight, sensitive action, small pressure drop loss, large valve capacity, accurate flow characteristics, and convenient maintenance. It can be used in harsh working conditions, especially suitable for working occasions with small allowable leakage and small pressure difference before and after the valve.
This series of products comes in various types, including standard, heat dissipation, low-temperature, adjustable and cut off, corrugated pipe sealing, and jacket insulation. The nominal pressure levels of the product include PN (MPa) 1.6, 4.0, 6.4, and 10.0; Valve body diameter range DN20-200; Applicable fluid temperatures range from -200 to+560 ℃ in various grades; The leakage standards include Level IV and Level VI; The flow characteristics include straight lines and equal percentages. A variety of specifications are available for selection.

The ZXPO standard model has a working temperature of -20~+160 ℃ and a leakage standard of Class IV;
Adding heat dissipation fins to the ZXPG valve cover can be used for medium temperatures of -60~+450 ℃;
ZXPV type bellows sealed regulating valve forms a complete seal on the moving valve stem, blocking fluid leakage;

The ZXPJ type jacket insulation regulating valve is equipped with an insulation jacket, which is used in situations where the fluid is easy to crystallize and solidify after cooling, causing blockage;
The ZXPF lined single seat regulating valve is lined with F46 at the contact area with the fluid, and the packing area is sealed with polytetrafluoroethylene corrugated pipes, which is particularly suitable for automatic control of highly corrosive media.
The valve core and valve seat are welded with Si Ti Lai alloy, suitable for high temperature, deep cooling and other harsh working conditions;
