Flow resistance coefficient
As an important node in the pipeline, valves can cause paralysis of the entire pipeline if blocked. Therefore, the smaller the flow resistance coefficient of the valve, the better. To allow the medium to flow through the valve body without any loss, the first thing to do is to strictly equal the inner diameter of the valve body pipeline and the connecting pipeline, forming a pipeline with the same diameter. This is the key to reducing the flow resistance coefficient. Prevent rusting

The most common problem with valves, besides not being able to rotate, is "leakage"! Due to the need for valves to work in media such as water, petroleum, nitric acid, acetic acid, viscous fluids, slurries, and strong oxidizing agents all year round, the working temperature ranges from -40 ℃ to 350 ℃, and the sealing of the valve body becomes a thorny problem. The TOYI series electric flange ball valve adopts a sealing ring made of materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene, which is easy to seal. Moreover, the sealing capacity of the ball valve increases with the increase of medium pressure, so the sealing performance of the valve seat is very good. Due to the good self-lubrication of materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene, the friction loss with the ball is small, and the service life of the ball valve is longer.
In addition, different sealing materials should be used at different working temperatures, such as polytetrafluoroethylene at room temperature, special PPL at higher temperatures, and metal seals at extreme temperatures of -40 ℃ -350 ℃. The valve stem of the TOYI series electric flange ball valve adopts a special design, which allows the valve stem to only rotate without lifting. This way, the sealing packing of the valve stem is not easily damaged, and the sealing capacity will increase with the increase of medium pressure.
