Dongyi explosion-proof electric threaded ball valve adopts an integrated structure and is matched with Dongyi electric actuator. It can be operated by inputting (4-20mADC, 0-10VDC or 1-5VDC) signals or single-phase power supply. It has the characteristics of strong functionality, small size, lightweight and pleasant, reliable performance, simple matching, and large circulation capacity. This series of valves can be widely used in industrial automation control systems in industries such as food, environmental protection, light industry, petroleum, papermaking, chemical industry, teaching and research equipment, and power.
Dongyi Electric Screw Thread Ball Valve and Butt Welding Connection Ball Valve are divided into integral (one piece), two-stage (two piece), and three-piece (three piece) types. The valve body casting adopts advanced technology introduced from Taiwan, with a reasonable structure and beautiful appearance. The valve seat adopts an elastic sealing structure, which is reliable in sealing and easy to start. The valve stem adopts a bottom mounted structure with an inverted seal, which can prevent the valve stem from being flushed out when the valve chamber abnormally heats up. Two piece and three piece ball valves can also be connected by butt welding (BW) or socket welding (SW), both of which can come with international standard ISO support platforms and locking devices.
